漁船刮擦痕是否為碰撞痕需再比對

電子媒體報導，廣大興28號漁船船頭有「擦撞痕跡」。法務部澄清，一般漁船在靠岸或海上航行，難免留下擦痕，不一定是碰撞痕。菲方提出日前在菲國勘驗公務船擦痕，初步比對兩船所留之擦痕高度明顯不相符，仍待比對。

法務部指出，電視新聞跑馬燈及報導擅作武斷結論，與事實不符，影響公信，已要求更正。
