法部要求各地檢調　積極協查毒澱粉源頭

澱粉添加化工原料順丁烯二酸成「毒澱粉」，衛生署定位為違法添加物，不算「毒物」，造成檢警調無「法」的立著點可發動調查權，法務部今天發函調查局、全國檢察機關，要求調查局各外勤單位，依《行政程序法》全力協助各地衛生機關查緝並立案，若有違法即報檢察機關偵辦。

法務部表示，調查局外勤處站協助查緝時，若發現業者涉有違反《刑法》191條「製造販賣陳列妨害衛生物品罪」、255條「對商品為虛偽標記與販賣陳列輸入該商品罪」、339條「詐欺罪」情事，就可向檢察機關報請指揮偵辦。

目前各地查辦毒澱粉事件，計有台中、台南、高雄、彰化、雲林及新北等地檢署約10件，立「他」字案了解中。
