行政院希臨時會通過核四公投提案

行政院日前駁回新北市核四公投案。行政院發言人鄭麗文1日表示，行政院長江宜樺已表達願意接受公投檢驗，因此，行政院希望立法院13日的臨時會，能通過核四公投提案。

鄭麗文也說，行政院將積極與立法院協商，希望臨時會也能通過證所稅、年金改革等法案。

立法院第於上月30日休會，共通過90項議案，如食品衛生管理法、會計法部分條文等，攸關證所稅的所得稅法修正草案、年金改革法案及反媒體壟斷法草案等，均來不及在會期結束前處理。
