當面性侵他妻再將二人射死　雙匪死刑

【綜合報導】2008年震驚全球、伊朗籍美國軍官與新婚妻子遭前美軍陸戰隊員槍擊事件，美國最高法院前天(20日)終於作出判決，2名前海軍陸戰隊員被判處死刑，另1嫌則處以無期徒刑、終身不得假釋。

當時24歲的伊朗籍美軍中士皮茲札克(Jan Pietrzak)與26歲妻子結婚不滿二月，在加州聖地牙哥家中遭到3名男子入侵，其中2男當著皮茲札克的面，輪流性侵他的妻子，之後再對著兩夫妻的頭部開槍，「行刑式」將2人打死，然後點火將屍體與住家燒個精光。案件纏訟5年，終於定讞。
