蓄意謀殺台漁民？ 菲府方駁斥

菲律賓公務船9日在南海開槍攻擊我國漁船，造成我國漁民洪石成中彈身亡，為此，菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世（Benigno Aquino III）今（18）日透過發言人卡藍丹（Ricky Carandang）駁斥（rejected）了「謀殺說」，他表示，由於這起事件還在調查當中，因此，應避免可能會混淆問題、煽動雙方情緒的言論。

菲律賓公務船攻擊我國漁船的事件至今愈演愈烈，總統馬英九昨（17）日表示，菲律賓公務船用武器掃射沒有武裝、沒有挑釁的台灣漁船，那已經不是在執行公務了，「那個是冷血的謀殺」；而調查團代表、法務部國際及兩岸法律司司長陳文琪今日上午在記者會中指出，菲律賓公務船向我國漁船開槍時，多朝向我國4名漁民躲藏的機艙處，為故意殺人。

不過，菲律賓總統艾奎諾今日透過發言人卡藍丹駁斥了台灣對菲的謀殺指控，他向法新社（AFP）表示，由於這起事件還在調查當中，因此，應避免可能會混淆問題、煽動雙方情緒的言論。
