有巢氏今年滿10歲 目標展店達360家、徵才達1200人

向來專攻社區為主的有巢氏房屋今(2013)年成立已滿10年。

自2008年突破100家，之後更加速展店，平均每兩年就展店100家，遠勝於其他加盟品牌破百店平均需要5.5年的時間。

有巢氏房屋總經理孫寶國說，計畫將在今年達成展店360家的目標，同時也將持續徵才達1,200名，提供更多的就業機會。

孫寶國指出，僅管2012年受到經濟不景氣影響，在房仲一片倒店潮中，小巢依然逆勢成長，平均展店成長率為16.9%，總銷金額更較2011年成長51.5%。

回顧2012年，房仲業受景氣及政策影響，一片倒店潮中，讓房仲經營日趨挑戰。

有巢氏房屋本著穩紮穩打、深入社區的基礎，不僅展店逆勢成長16.9%，遠高於加盟品牌平均的5.5%，2012年的總銷金額相較於2011年更達51.5%的大幅成長。

孫寶國強調，今年有巢氏目標至少增加40家門市，預計年底達360間店，展店區域將以新北、桃園、台中、台南、高雄為主，達到各區均衡發展。
