美國國稅局爆醜聞 部門主管遭停職

美國國稅局（IRS）22日表示，負責非營利組織免稅事務主管勒納（Lois Lerner）拒絕就國稅局醜聞作證，已勒令行政休假。

國稅局針對申請非營利身分的保守團體不當查稅，勒納因未向國會示警，近日飽受抨擊。勒納並援引憲法，表示有權不為此事作證，還向眾議院監督委員會強調自己未做錯事，使國會議員更加惱怒。

國稅局代理局長沃菲爾發表聲明指派寇賓（Ken Corbin）接任勒納的工作，「他是協助該部門度過艱難時期的絕佳人選」。

行政休假指的是非營利組織職員遭到指控時，在接受調查期間暫時離開工作崗位，薪資和福利照領。
