毒澱粉殃及無辜　三兄弟生意掉7成

新北市衛生局追查尚大立食品的蕃薯粉有順丁烯二酸成分，昨天傳出蕃薯粉流向基隆的三兄弟豆花店，引發店家與基隆市衛生局震驚。業者今天再度提出提出上月21、30日的抽驗合格證明，澄清店內的冬筍牌蕃薯粉上月9日進貨，與10日製造的有問題蕃薯粉不同。

基隆市衛生局長今天上午再度到三兄弟豆花店，與王姓老闆背書店內豆花、粉圓都是合格，盼喚回民眾對他們商品的信心；但該誤傳的消息致店內生意重挫7成，業者將保留對新北市衛生局的法律追訴權。
