IMF下修法國經濟成長率

（法新社巴黎4日電） 國際貨幣基金（IMF）今天把法國2013年及2014年成長率預測分別下修0.1個百分點，同時表示法國今年底前想改變失業增加趨勢會「很困難」。

設在華盛頓的IMF說，法國國內生產毛額（GDP）預估今年萎縮0.2%，2014年成長0.8%；先前預估值是2013年萎縮0.1%，明年成長0.9%。

國際貨幣基金說：「兩季負成長（2012年第4季和2013年第1季）後，在外在環境逐漸改善的推助下，經濟活動應可自2013後半年開始恢復。」

但IMF在這分年度預估報告中警告：「結構嚴重僵化阻礙了經濟成長及創造就業機會的能力。」

IMF法國區負責人賈德納（Edward Gardner）對記者說：「總體經濟的變數使我們認為，失業率將繼續攀升，很難在今年底前逆轉這個趨勢。」
