會計法修法烏龍 學者：法律解釋彌補

立法院倉促通過會計法修正案，卻因一字之差，恐讓教授被排除在特別費除罪化範圍外。學術界人士今批評我國立法品質低落，但認為會計法修正條文疏漏為無心之過，可採擴大解釋法律的方式彌補，行政院無須動用「覆議」權。
