台中「低碳城市」　遭爆懸浮微粒濃度冠全台

台中市獲選為「低碳城市」，卻未做好真正的環保與減碳，市議員踢爆，去年台中空氣總懸浮微粒濃度高達88.89，為全國之冠，比全台平均值的63.17高出許多，恐增加氣管、支氣管、肺癌、乳癌、卵巢癌等病症發生率。

環保局坦承，2012年的空氣總懸浮微粒濃度提高，應是近年鐵路高架化、重劃區等多項營建工程產生。台中副市長蔡炳坤表示，針對懸浮微粒等問題，市府將嚴加取締把關。
