《會計法》爭議　蔡英文：為什麼要等實施再改？

針對《會計法》修正案的爭議，民進黨前主席蔡英文透過新聞稿表示，現在社會最在意的是，既然大家都知道是錯誤的立法，為什麼要等它實施了再來改變？
 
蔡英文說，這不是文書疏失，而是迫在眉睫的法律和價值危機，民進黨必須有明確的態度和立場，「民進黨要肩負起責任，不要讓人民對我們的信心崩潰」。
 
蔡英文也說，她要具體呼籲馬總統，立即要求行政院依據憲法增修條文第三條規定，在10天內對這項法律案提出覆議，阻止這項錯誤立法的實施，朝野政黨也應該用一切的努力，在最短的時間內來補救這個錯誤。
