獎勵員工7月加薪　台塑2%、台哥大3%

景氣悶，但今年卻有不少廠商打算替員工加薪，台塑企業總裁王文淵，10日在台塑化股東會上透露，今年獲利雖然不算理想，無法加到3%，但應該會維持2%水準，11日將和工會討論，比照去年幅度加薪2%，外加5000元獎金，此外電信業台哥大，7月也要按照員工表現個別加薪。

台灣大處長阮淑祥：「會依照個人的績效，所以很多人會更高，有些人會比這個少一點，平均大概是3%。」

今年約3成6企業打算調薪，比去年增加7個百分點，其中不乏科技業，鴻海大陸廠作業員，今年再度調漲工資，台灣員工將分紅股票，配股金額高達68億元，按表現分配，宏達電也在今年4月，依員工績效進行調薪，其他廣達、華碩跟之前一樣，也有年度薪資調整，景氣不明朗，還是用薪水幫員工打氣。
