酒駕大執法 全國取締破百件

（中央社記者戴雅真、林長順台北13日電）酒駕新法上路，警方今天凌晨實施擴大取締勤務。根據警政署截至中午12時的最新統計，全國取締共108件。

新修正刑法公共危險罪第185條之3修正草案今天生效；新法規定，吐氣所含酒精濃度達每公升0.25毫克或血液中酒精濃度達0.05%以上者，即屬公共危險罪。

達每公升0.15毫克或血液中酒精濃度達0.03%者，即違反道路交通管理處罰條例第35條規定，處新台幣1萬5000元以上、9萬元以下罰鍰。

13日0時新法施行後，全國警方取締違反新制處罰規定計108件；其中，酒測值每公升0.15毫克以上未達每公升0.25毫克有15件、每公升0.25毫克以上移送法辦有93件。

新法上路後，民眾若喝下1至2瓶罐裝啤酒就可能超過標準，2至3瓶就可能被移送法辦，警政署呼籲民眾勿因一時酒後駕車而造成終生遺憾。1020613
