納密比亞首度發現石油

非洲西南部的納密比亞(Namibia)政府和巴西HRT石油公司今天(21日)共同宣布，首度在納密比亞外海發現石油，儘管還不具商業開採價值。

HRT指出，他們是在納密比亞中部外海的瓦爾維斯盆地(Walvis Basin)進行油井鑽探時，發現石油。

HRT表示，他們將在15天內，在這處地點往西15公里處，展開第二次油井鑽探。

截至目前為止，納密比亞並沒有生產任何石油，也沒有任何已經探明的石油儲量。
