法務部澄清：菲國未懷疑漁民吸毒

法務部發布新聞稿澄清，「廣大興28號」漁船案件菲國調查團並未懷疑罹難船員洪石成吸毒，昨天到法醫研究所也沒有提出洪生前是否吸毒或喝酒，媒體指菲懷疑洪吸毒報導有誤。

法務部指出，本案為國際矚目案件，洪的遺體剖驗時依鑑定程序規定採集檢體和血液與尿液，做常規性毒物化學檢驗，未檢出酒精、安非他命類、鴉片類、鎮靜安眠藥等常見之藥物或毒物，確定死者死於槍傷，與毒藥物無關；這是依程序辦理，不是菲方質疑才做。
