食安出包 姚文智推「吃」的修法

食品安全頻出問題，民進黨立委姚文智說，他將在立法院針對「吃」的相關法律，召開公聽會進行完整修法。

姚文智表示，除今日立法院審查中的「食品衛生管理法」及上一會期已著手推行的「食農教育法」外，其他如國民教育法、國民營養法、學校衛生法及相關組織法的修訂，健全所有「吃」的法律體系，從食物的源頭、製造、販售、監督、登錄等方面，進行全面性的檢討及修法。
