菸齡18年 單親媽戒菸成功

「戒菸後身體更健康，也不必擔心菸價漲不漲」，37歲的單親媽媽方小姐，今天在國健局戒菸專線十年有成記者會，分享戒菸經驗。菸齡已有18年的她，10多年前曾戒菸，卻因工作壓力等因素，又開始抽菸，每天平均一包菸抒解工作生活壓力。但因想參加公務員考試，為徹底改變形象，決定再次戒菸，並撥打國健局戒菸專線，在專線諮詢人員建議下，輔以藥物幫助緩解戒菸初期戒斷症狀，並做手工藝、運動等，轉移注意力，已成功戒菸滿一年。
