台東八大類證明稽查 15家未符合規定

台東縣衛生局今天執行八大類食品專案計畫稽查，全縣16鄉鎮市20名稽查人員全數出動，共稽查222家業者，其中15家未符合規定，無法提供安全證明及交代來源，包括台東市1家、金峰鄉7家、鹿野鄉5家、太麻里鄉2家；縣衛生局表示，這些店家多數都已有向上游廠商要求證明，但上游來不及供給，但也有部分店家聲稱「不知道要附證明」。

縣衛生局表示，限期不合格業者要在兩日內改善，會再前往稽查。衛生局長盧道揚表示，未符合店家多集中在偏鄉，會進一步進行宣導，也呼籲民眾選購澱粉類產品時，應首選已張貼安全合格證明的店家，購買才有保障。
