府院率媒體視察能源 經部：基載發電不足

經濟部次長杜紫軍今天指出，電力能源的配置，需考量基載、中載和尖峰時的需求，非核家園仍然是我們的政策目標，但需要時間及技術的成熟，來取代核電在基載電力上扮演的角色。   

今天馬總統、江宜樺院長率同媒體展開能源之旅，杜紫軍在興達電廠簡報時指出，理想的基載電力佔的比重是五成五到六成，但我國現況是43%,，而基載供電需要發電穩定，也不能太貴，因此要提高基載就只能靠增加燃煤發電，以及增加中載的天然氣發電，但是相對天然氣的成本就貴了很多。

經濟部長張家祝也說，非核能基載發電會有二氧化碳排放限制及環評問題，短期難有新建、擴建的燃煤電廠加入，而其他再生能源發電量小又不穩，無法做為基載發電，因此核能在當前發電能源配置上有其重要角色。
