會計法窒礙難行 政院提覆議

府院黨高層今天一早拍板，由行政院提出覆議。國民黨團書記長賴士葆隨後舉行記者會說明黨團立場。他表示，行政院考量修正案中教授公款私用要罰、民意代表卻不用，實有「窒礙難行」之處，因此提出覆議。

由於法律有其嚴肅性與神聖性，不能輕易動用覆議，回顧中華民國行憲六十多年來，總共僅提出十一次覆議案，這也是馬執政以來首例。
