流鶯之狼開庭期間再犯性侵　判25年定讞

新竹流鶯之狼江旻峰曾因4度以性交易為幌子，將流鶯騙到賓館後，性侵並洗劫現金，去年底被最高法院以手段惡劣等理由，判刑14年4月定讞。

沒想到江旻峰在案件定讞前，又犯下兩件洗劫性侵流鶯案，其中一件在2012年6月7日清晨，持折疊刀逼流鶯口交、強盜1800元後，還從容的到新竹地院開庭應訊。

高院認為，江旻峰為逞慾，對弱勢的性工作者強制性交，還強奪財物，手段惡劣，毫無悔改之心，而且藐視法律尊嚴，莫此為甚，依強盜性交罪、累犯重判江25徒刑年，案經上訴最高法院駁回定讞。
