英政府竊聽外國官員

英國《衛報》16日報導，根據爆料者史諾登所公布的機密文件，英情報機構「政府通訊總部」 (GCHQ)也暗地竊聽與侵入email取得情資。GCHQ在2009年的G-20高峰會「竊聽外國外交官員電話，並侵入他們的電郵竊資」，讓英政府在國際談判拿到優勢。
