【顏振凱／台北－上海報導 】延續去年「台北會談」，國台辦、北京社科院台灣研究所舉辦的「北京會談」，6月19日也將北京舉行，民進黨中執委洪智坤，和張國城、張百達、陳淞山等幾位分在府、黨任職過的綠營幕僚也受邀與會，人已在上海的洪智坤說，他行前有報備，和其他幾位綠營人士是以個人身分參與，不過，他想藉機對對岸傳達，吳習會高舉的一中框架，是以民族主義為基礎，但民族主義恐怕無法說服台灣社會。
