財長：證所稅通過機會很大

立法院臨時會後天可望表決證所稅修正案，財政部長張盛和今天表示，證券業和社會各界都希望證所稅盡早修正通過，修法時機不能再拖下去，證所稅明天通過的機會很大。

立法院日前指示，財政部研議ＩＰＯ（股票首次上市櫃）是否放寬或緩課？張盛和說，證所稅修正版本已經財委會初審、並經國民黨團大會通過，財政部沒有立場再修正，還是會維持財委會的初審版本，亦即ＩＰＯ課徵證所稅，不會放寬或緩課。
