美參院達共識　政府開門有望

【周佩萱／綜合報導】美國參議院16日終於達成共識，協商出共和和民主兩黨都能接受的法案，內容重啟政府機關，撥款讓聯邦政府可運作到明年1月15日，並延長舉債上限時間到明年2月7日，2黨領導人預計當地時間16日中午，正式宣布協商結果。

這個法案還須經過參眾2院投票，目前尚不確定會先由哪一方先投票，一旦2院都通過將可結束政府關門，暫緩美債危機，不過參院2黨總算協商出一個共識，也刺激美股上漲，消息一出，道瓊工業指數上漲200點，標普500上漲22點，那斯達克則是上漲43個百分點。
