（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市26日電）弘道老人福利基金會今天在新莊豐年國小，舉辦「2013祖孫微孝營-童玩總動員」，讓祖孫互相了解與學習交流。

推動微孝運動從小扎根，基金會讓孩童穿載上「彭祖體驗包」教材，模擬老化眼鏡、駝背背帶，加上手腕負重0.5公斤、腳踝負重1公斤、負重鐵條2公斤等身體負重配備，讓小孫子瞬間進入80歲阿公阿嬤世界。

基金會說，如此可以感受長輩視力退化、駝背、四肢行動不再俐落等沉重感，小孫子就以「老姿態」陪著阿公、阿嬤一起製造傳統童玩竹蜻蜓、紙飛盤、塑膠毽子、紙風車等，讓孫子們以「阿公、阿嬤的身體，去感受阿公、阿嬤的童年」。

豐年國小校長柯明忠說，現代家庭功能薄弱，透過體驗可加強祖孫間情感，也可讓家庭間關係更緊密。

今年66歲的許月娥說，小時候都玩自己做童玩，竹蜻蜓、毽子、沙包及打球，現在小孩都看電視、玩電動。最高齡的91歲游老先生，身體仍硬朗，今天帶著3名就讀國小的孫子，一起來參加祖孫營活動，重溫小時候的遊戲，他感覺很開心。1021026
