永欣食品喊冤 沒賣過期食品

新北市衛生局今稽查了永欣食品，包含藝人白冰冰代言的「冰冰好料理」水餃、鍋貼、小籠湯包等商品，疑似有回收重新包裝之嫌。永欣食品總經理譚國偉喊冤表示「都是賣場退貨，等著報廢，皆有單據可證明清白！」

談國偉澄清，因產品流通於全聯、家樂福、愛買等一千家賣場通路，無法控制各通路退貨時間，因此會將各賣場退貨囤積，等一定數量每月向國稅局提報廢，或是供給養豬戶進行回收，退貨、回收與銷毀皆有單據，並非外界所傳將過期商品重新包裝販售。
