怕欠債者跑掉　男謊報機上有炸彈被訴

【郭芷余／高雄報導】台北市一名劉姓男子（23歲）與蔡姓男子有債務糾紛，今年5月凌晨4時許，劉男接獲友人通知蔡男當天早晨可能自高雄搭機前往菲律賓。劉男唯恐蔡跑掉，緊急開車南下攔截，因趕不上起飛時間，竟打電話到機場說飛機上有爆裂物，導致全機重新進行安全檢查。

警方發現烏龍一場後追究電話通報來源，逮到劉男，劉被依違反《民用航空法》第105條第1項起訴，因散布危害飛航安全之不實訊息，可處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或100萬元以下罰金。
