F-矽力超額申購創新高　張數增6倍

【楊喻斐／台北報導】電源管理晶片廠商F-矽力（6415）今日敲定上市掛牌價格為140元，而在公開申購期間累計收件高達12萬121件申購記錄，超額申購高達193倍，因投資人認購踴躍，依規定公開申購張數從由原來暫定633張提高6倍至3,798張，中籤率僅約為3.16%。
 
矽力杰今年前3季營收已達14.15億元，較去年同期穩健成長51.18%，稅後純益達3.74億元，每股稅後純益為6.37元。
 
矽力杰研發方向主要集中於具高成長動能的工業用產品與新型消費性電子產品市場，同時因擁有具整合型IC設計能力、晶圓製程設計能力及製程改良能力，使其所研發之產品具備高技術門檻、高附加價值、高整合、高效率、小體積、及易使用等特點。
 
矽力杰近年來攻城掠地，也從立錡、致新搶下筆電應用訂單，僅管今年筆電市況不佳，不過矽力杰該產品線今年上半年仍逆勢成長40%。
 
矽力杰也深耕中國工業、商業用LED照明市場，隨著LED燈泡價格走跌，家用一般照明需求轉強，預期中國LED照明市場將推升中小功率的LED照明驅動IC需求，亦將為矽力杰未來成長帶來強大動能。
