查黃世銘洩密　北院下午傳江宜樺作證

【劉志原／台北報導】台北地院審理檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，今下午2時30分，將傳喚行政院長江宜樺作證，以調查黃世銘是否洩密，違法將監聽及刑事案件偵辦中的資料對外洩漏。

合議庭另預定於明年元月3日傳喚特偵組組長楊榮宗、元月10日傳喚特偵組檢察官鄭深元、元月17日傳喚特偵組檢察事務官何其非及書記官王朝枝，元月20日及2月7日進行言詞辯論，預計農曆年過後辯論終結，預估最快3月判決。
