斯洛維尼亞採取撙節行動 避免紓困

斯洛維尼亞(Slovenia)政府今天(9日)採取一些行動，包括國營企業民營化、增稅及節省支出的撙節措施等，目的是希望能夠避免接受外界的紓困 。

斯洛維尼亞政府的這些撙節計畫，稍後將送交歐盟，可望藉由這些計畫的實施，提振遭受金融衰退衝擊的斯洛維尼亞經濟，並藉此支撐斯洛維尼亞運作不良的銀行體系。

斯洛維尼亞預算赤字因雙谷衰退急遽膨脹，而且斯洛維尼亞呆帳龐大的銀行體系，已於7週前交由總理布拉圖舍克(Alenka Bratusek)政府監管。

斯洛維尼亞銀行沉重呆帳，金額約相當於經濟規模的五分之一。

另外，斯洛維尼亞的債務評等，4月30日被穆迪投資者服務公司(Moody's Investors Service Inc.)砍為「垃圾級」。而且穆迪警告，斯洛維尼亞可能需要紓困。
