針對菲律賓公務船開槍打死我國漁民，新北市長朱立倫13日表示在菲律賓正式道歉、賠償、懲凶以前，新北市停止一切對菲律賓的物資捐贈和文化交流。朱立倫說，希望菲律賓政府展現誠意，道歉、賠償、懲凶，今後一定要全力防止這類事情再發生。
