德國商銀預計增資25億歐元

（法新社法蘭克福14日電） 德國第2大銀行德國商業銀行（Commerzbank）今天表示，計畫增資的新股承購價設定在每股4.50歐元（5.85美元），意味將募得25億歐元。

德國商銀在聲明中指出，準備發行共5億5550萬新股。

承購期自5月15日到28日。

德國商銀先前宣布計畫發行新股，以償還2008至2009年金融危機期間獲得德國政府出手相救的紓困款。

德國商銀表示：「新股認購完成後，德國商銀的資本結構及未來支付股息的能力應能大幅改善。」

德國商銀並說，增資完成後，德國聯邦政府的持股預估將自現有約25%，降至不到20%。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
