鴻海擬配股利2.5元　現金股利1.5元、股票股利1元

鴻海董事會通過去年股利案，擬配發股利2.5元，包括股票股利1元、現金股利1.5元，以14日收盤價79.2元計算，現金殖利率1.9%。

鴻海2012年合併營收3兆9053.95億元，較2011年成長13.11%，創歷史新高；稅後淨利947.62億元，年增16.14%，也創歷史新高，全年合併毛利率8.44%，合併營業利益率2.77%，每股稅後淨利8.03元。

鴻海董事會決議通過2012年度股利，擬配發股利2.5元，配發率31.1%，其中包括現金股利1.5元，股票股利1元，以收盤價79.2元計算，現金殖利率約1.9%；另外，將不發放董監酬勞，但擬發放員工股票紅利68.22億元。
