立院初審 擬調高博愛座比率

包括痛罵老翁的「蹺腳姊」在內，占用博愛座的事件時有所聞。基於保障弱勢族群權益，立院社福衛環委員會今天初審通過「身心障礙者權益保障法」修正草案，規定捷運等未提供對號入座的大眾運輸工具，其博愛座比率必須達15%以上，座位應設在鄰近出入口、車門處，且地板必須平坦無障礙。
