重金援非　安倍砸9500億前進非洲

日本橫濱在今天將舉行非洲開發會議(TICAD)，首相安倍近三近日表示，日本政府將在往後5年提供3.2兆日圓(約新台幣9500億)援助非洲，讓非洲進行開發和發展。

據了解，安倍晉三將在基礎設施建設、人才培養、農業以及醫療等領域支援非洲。安倍還表示，為培養人才，將為非洲赴日留學的年輕人，提供實習工作機會。
