越南胡志明市一家醫院指出，今年上半年來已經接獲10名男病患，因誤信偏方導致生殖器變畸形。

據了解，這10名男病患誤信將工業用膠水或強力膠注射進陰莖，會讓陰莖「挺拔」變大的偏方，這些男子使用偏方數周後，卻發現生殖器出現問題而就醫。院方表示，這些男子因誤信偏方，導致生殖器受損，甚至有的嚴重到已經讓「雞」殘廢。

院方還表示，過去平均每年僅有2~3位病患會因誤信偏方就診，但今年光是上半年就出現10位同樣症狀的病患。
