【綜合報導】聯合國國際電信聯盟(International Telecommunication Union)計劃發函警告世界各國和業者，手機技術發現嚴重缺陷，讓駭客能夠從遠端攻擊或控制至少5億部手機。

德國柏林的安全研究實驗室發現，這個程式錯誤能使駭客從遠端控制並複製某些手機的SIM卡，駭客能用被入侵的SIM卡從事金融犯罪或電子監控。

安全研究實驗室將於7月31日在美國拉斯維加斯舉行的黑帽（Black Hat）駭客會議上，說明問題所在。
