豐田汽車公司 (Toyota Motor Corp)26日宣布，由於變速 桿 (shift lever)問題，將召回北美約69萬4000輛普受歡 迎的「喜安娜」 (Sienna)迷你廂形車。

豐田指出，由於該車的換檔鎖止電磁閥 (shift lock solenoid)可能受損，使變速桿自「停車檔」滑出，駕駛 人若不踩煞車，車子即會向前滑行。

被召回的廂形車年份為2004至2005年及2007至2009 年， 這些車均於美國印第安納州製造。召回的這些車約有61萬 6000輛在美國，加拿大約有5萬6000輛，墨西哥有2萬3000 輛。

豐田發言人辛蒂．奈特說，目前美國已接獲21起相關小車 禍，加拿大有三起小車禍，其中兩起車禍有人受到瘀血一 類的輕傷。

「喜安娜」是美國市場銷售排名第二的迷你廂形車，僅次 於克萊斯勒的「道奇凱領」 (Dodge Caravan)。據「汽車 數據公司」 (Autodata Corp.)指出，「喜安娜」今年8月 的銷售量比去年增加5%，達到8萬6459輛，「凱領」則下 降15%，達到9萬4639輛。
