穆迪調升西班牙展望評等為穩定

國際債信評比機構--穆迪投資者服務公司(Moody’s Investors Service)4日把西班牙的展望評等從負面(negative)調升至穩定(stable)，理由是西班牙經濟和財政已見改善。

但穆迪對西班牙的債信評等仍維持在Baa3，只比垃圾等級高一級。
