屏檢察長帶隊至小琉球

我國漁船「廣大興」被掃射，屏東地檢署檢察長林慶宗今晚將帶隊前往小琉球，待漁船回港後，檢察官與鑑識人員將上船蒐集航行路線、彈痕等證據，並隨即進行解剖。

屏東地檢署主任檢察官蔡榮龍也強調，菲律賓船艦上人員如未遵守海洋法規範而開槍導致我國船員死亡，已涉嫌殺人罪嫌，將依法追訴，保障我國漁民權益，並維護國家主權。
