交通部桃園機場捷運工程延宕，新修訂完工時程為104年底，但又不敢保證能如期完工，桃園縣議會今天聽取捷運公司工作報告時，認為中央負責的工程一再拖延，通車日期3度跳票，造成桃捷公司成立2年多仍無法營運，30億元資本額一直「燒」，有如無底洞，一定要向中央求償。

桃園縣副縣長李朝枝兼任桃捷公司董事長，答覆質詢時強調一定會向中央求償，桃捷總經理張辰秋表示，已經做好營運準備，只要工程完工能通車，桃捷就能做好營運。
