趙坤茂：網路攻擊傷人傷己，很難防範

台菲漁業糾紛，也引發台菲兩國網民互相攻擊對方政府網站，台大資工系教授趙坤茂表示，這類癱瘓式攻擊就像很多人同時打電話，造成所有線路滿線，以至於別人打不進來，這種攻擊方式很難防範。但這種行為就像丟雞蛋、扔番茄，只能發洩情緒，無助於受害家屬爭取公平對待，甚至還會傷及無辜。
