培瑞斯離台聲明　對非故意死傷感遺憾

馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）下午發布菲國特使培瑞斯（Armadeo Perez）離去台灣前在機場發表的聲明，他表示代表菲律賓菲律賓總統來此，對這起不幸和非故意的死傷，感到遺憾和道歉。

菲律賓也準備好提供洪家人的經濟援助，表達菲律賓人對他們的同情，在總統要求下，菲律賓國調局已經開始調查此案。最後菲國特使培瑞茲也說很感激昨晚可跟我亞太司司長何敦煌見面。
