睡醒以為自己死掉　不吃不喝逛墳場

英國有一位男子,一覺醒來，竟然以為自己已經身亡，從此不飲不喝，仿如一隻喪屍。

英國《每日電訊報》報導，格雷厄姆9年前，突然失去嗅覺與味覺，深信自己已死，不須再吃喝，也不願說話，更常流連墳場接近死亡。他家人怕他餓死，強行餵他進食，8個月後見情況無改善，便帶他看醫生。

精神科專家診斷後證實，他患上俗稱「行屍綜合症」的科塔爾綜合症（Cotard's Syndrome），腦部額葉和頂葉的代謝活動水平很低，處於仿如植物人的狀態。經多個月治療後，格電厄姆已逐步康復。

科塔爾綜合症是一種罕見的神經失常病，患者會產生錯覺，以為自己死了，身體不存在或正腐爛，或者會以為自己長生不死，病因相信與憂鬱症有關。
