金門代書酒後追撞 醒後道歉

（中央社記者陳守國金門31日電）金門李姓代書酒後開車追撞，離開現場被員警追回，出言不遜，酒醒向員警道歉，還是被依公共危險、肇事逃逸等罪嫌移送法辦。

縣府警察局金城分局今天表示，李姓代書29日晚上與友人聚餐後，晚上11時左右在伯玉路中山林段追撞前面轎車，警方接獲報案趕到現場發現李姓代書離去，在車禍現場附近草叢找到李姓代書，並聞出全身酒味，李姓代書出言不遜，員警以強制力送到署立金門醫院抽血化驗。

李姓代書在醫院酒後失態，遭護士痛斥，被員警上手銬帶回金城警分局拘留，隔日醒來接受員警詢問時向員警道歉，並表示與友人吃飯喝酒，10人喝完一醰2公升高粱酒，他只喝100CC。

警方詢問後，將李姓代書移送法辦。1020531
