修法烏龍 柯建銘:政院提覆議才正辦

會計法修法漏字烏龍，民進黨團總召柯建銘今天說，現在只有兩條路可走，一是行政院提「覆議」案，再由立法院處理，就沒有倒閣問題；二是在立法院臨時會提修正案，但屆時還有前總統陳水扁國務機要費除罪化的問題，複雜度更高。

柯建銘表示，他問過立法院副秘書長周萬來，法案已出了立法院大門，就沒有立法院「復議」的問題；因此，由行政院提覆議才是正辦。

他也說，行政、立法部門應該要馬上面對，不能拖，因總統府十天內就要公告，十天內必須儘速解決。
