大陸漁業團體 宜蘭蘇澳簽備忘錄

大陸浙江省溫嶺市漁業團體今天拜訪宜蘭蘇澳區漁會，雙方針對在東海作業的漁船可能出現的漁事糾紛或海上急難救助，簽署民間備忘錄，未來蘇澳漁民若與大陸漁民有糾紛，民間團體就可以立即溝通，省去政府部門繁瑣程序。

由於漁船若發生海上糾紛或是需要急難救助，通常都十萬火急，如果透過海基會、海協會模式，公文往返就耗掉許多時間，根本緩不濟急；與溫嶺市漁業團體簽屬民間備忘錄，雙方可以溝通無阻，「連漁獲行情價格資訊都可以互通」，蘇澳區漁會認為對未來兩岸漁業發展有正面助益。
