全家董座潘進丁 將進入味全董事會

〔自由時報記者楊雅民／台北報導〕味全（1201）今年6月將舉行董監事改選，全家（5903）董事長潘進丁將以康清投資董事代表身分，進入味全董事會，而被頂新集團視為貴人的全興工業執行長、康師傅控股董事吳崇儀，今年將正式退出味全董事會。

味全表示，該公司與伊藤忠商事株式會社目前合作關係緊密，潘進丁進入味全董事會後，以其日本通及零售通路的專業經驗，將有助於味全與伊藤忠加強合作關係。
